The duck is awesome but the delivery time was long. Almost a week and a half before it was delivered. I would order again if it delivered in a reasonable time.
I’m sorry you feel that way about the shipping. Your order was shipped within a few days of it being placed, which is well within the production timeframe listed on our website. Since these are made-to-order custom 3D printed items, processing times can vary depending on order volume.
As stated on the site:
“These are made to order, and 3D printers aren't fast. We try to keep some inventory, but it goes quick. Usually production and processing is within 3–5 days, but it could take up to 2 weeks.”
I truly wish we had the ability to offer free 2-day shipping like larger companies, but right now it’s just me and my son making these from home. We focus on creating unique, high-quality custom ducks rather than mass-produced products. Expedited shipping is available in many cases, but current shipping costs are unfortunately very expensive — often costing more than the duck itself.
We do our best to get every order out as quickly as possible, and we genuinely appreciate your patience and support for our small family business.

The quality and craftsmanship of the ducks are much nicer I hade expected but they still are very pricey 💰for what they are.
